Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order. You will see the full shipping cost before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises.
No hidden charges (DDP). All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means that all customs and import duties are already included in the price. You will never be charged extra upon delivery.
Processing time. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time. International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, so you can follow your socks until they arrive.
Returns. All orders are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and socks must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For full details, please see our Returns & Refund Policy.
