This cancellation policy applies to all orders placed with Everstrives at everstrives.com.
Cancellation of your order
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@everstrives.com with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may return your socks after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy, and a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Fast processing
We start preparing your order as soon as payment has been confirmed, and most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We therefore recommend that you request any cancellation as soon as possible, so that it can be handled before your order is packed and shipped.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right of withdrawal for distance purchases as described in our Return Policy.
