By visiting, using or ordering from everstrives.com, you agree to these Terms.

3. Product information
We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, detail or finish may occur. All products are subject to availability, and we may change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and include VAT where applicable. Any shipping costs are clearly shown before you complete your order. We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

5. Orders and cancellation

If an order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates. If we fail to deliver within 30 days of your order, or within an agreed timeframe, you may cancel the contract and receive a full refund. Risk in the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to you.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

8. Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer law. This does not affect any other rights you have under the law of your country.

9. Intellectual property
All content on everstrives.com (text, images, logo, etc.) belongs to Everstrives or is used with permission. It may not be used or copied without written consent.

10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as transport problems, strikes, pandemics or government decisions.
